Contact form
When you submit the form, your name, email, optional organisation and message are processed to answer the enquiry (consent and legitimate interest). Data is sent as an email via the web host’s mail server to our corporate address. The form does not store messages in a database.
Abuse protection
To limit spam, the server temporarily stores a pseudonymous key (a hash of your IP address and the domain) and a counter for at most 15 minutes. Max five attempts per 15 minutes.
Retention
Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. We have not set a fixed period in months; you may request deletion at any time.
Local storage and cookies
We use no analytics or marketing cookies. Your cookie choice, form draft and any ticket enquiry are stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent until you submit the form yourself.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes technical log data as a processor.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, and may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
Sensitive information
Do not send health information, CVs or other sensitive information. The form does not support attachments.
